Nothing they even got our pay wrong for months

What is the best part of working at the company? Not what I expected. I was very excited when I got this job I never knew it would be like this. Bad training the Quality expect can drive your mental health up the roof. You miss one part of the script and it is a fail. All the hard work that you do on that call is a waste of time. I spoke to VAS HMRC staff and they said they never did this and that it does seems lile torture and If they had to do that they would just leave. So why are hgs staff made to do this unbearable thing? Also we had our pay wrong everytime we were paid below the min wage for 4 months till one of the managers realised. Over all just feels like I wasted my time. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Getting paid wrong Bad training Watching talented agents leave Low morale Quality Bad management not organised In the end I decided to quit I seen amazing taleneted staff leave and was replaced by new people in a blink of an eye. No job security Even if you are the best and miss a silly line in the script you will get fired
