Experience varied based on account, TL, and higher management. Definitely a decent placeholder job and last I heard, they were paying a little better.

Svantaggi

Often poorly managed, moving goalposts, etc. Lots of offered bonuses and such, that were in practice impossible to get and/or so minor as to not be worth it.
