Easy occupation, diverse group, no issues with other agents. Decent facilities they work with diverse schedules.

Svantaggi

Poor management, lies about upward movement, management is hired externally when qualified employees are overlooked. Employees are not notified of higher positions as well as the posted positions requirements are set too high, and they end up hiring external employees who don't meet those requirements.
