Great paid training, chill environment and lots of individuals who hate the job as much as you make this one of the most friendly jobs I've had. We'd watch films, play cards and do other stuff between calls. Team Leads are fairly understanding of they aren't being overwhelmed by being understaffed or constant escalations.

No growth as you'll be paid what you're making from day one unless you change positions, unstable schedules with very little consistency, monotonous task detailing basic principles to retailers, everyone who calls in expects you to pull off miracles and yell if you can't, French agents have nearly triple the call volume and no schedule control whatsoever for just a dollar pay increase, unstable software and changing procedures lead to frustration.
