Training provided is greatly insufficient. You wait for at least one hour before any form of escalation is processed. Meanwhile, the angry customer is in your ear, Takes a long time before you receive support when not sure what to do. You are trained for barely 2 weeks on a wide range of products spanning multiple digital platforms, you get to work with an experienced colleague assigned to your team one day, then you`re on your own. I would get anxious just thinking about work every morning.
