Shocking staff turnover, even if you already take into account that it is hospitality, and they can't afford quality staff. All mature/stable members have gone, leaving behind an immature team which is uncommunicative and always clueless about what needs to be done. And because of that, you will work endless hours just to cover up. When you are exhausted enough that you cannot hide it during the shift and get a negative review, you just get blamed without any chance of explanation
