The owner of the company runs the business on emotions. The tone taken with his employees and abusive mannerisms makes for an everyday feeling of uncertainty. No one wants to be a in a place where you are unappreciated yet alone taken for granted.There is an over load of work, pay is cut with no availability to make the time, insufficient staff so much that clients continuously comment their own uncertainty as a loyal client if our turn over is so high, and the rules are ever changing and surprisingly arising when seemed fit. Micro management at it's best. Ask around! The name is well known in the industry as someone to not work. So much for all the locations when you can't keep people staffed. Not because they are incompetent but because they know their own value and won't withstand someone who idolize life based on money and material if not so then at every loss the finger wouldn't be pointed at his employees but at himself to say how can I be better? But not everyone is meant to acquire true wealth and that isn't money.
