Job security, pay is at average with the area (but slightly below the industry), 100% tuition reimbursement is an absolutely amazing benefit that not many employees will offer in a down economy.

Company pays for higher education but turns around and gives hiring preference to outsiders over employees. Job classification was ruined by Northrop Grumman. Now getting a job is 95% education, 5% experience. Knowing how to do the job is now less important than meeting a specific hiring metric. People who have been doing the same job for over a decade suddenly found themselves unqualified for their jobs and could not advance unless they went back to school, so lots of good experience goes to waste. Still have nepotism and good-ol-boy issues- new job titles are created for "preferred" individuals who don't meet the education requirement, so that they can do the same work and get the same money as the job they aren't qualified for. Oh, and.. P A R K I N G S U C K S!
