      EXTREMELY RACIST AND SEXIEST Do not work with you nor have any understanding nor compassion for those who have children. You will apply for one thing and they will “loan” you to another trade as if you just got sold by your master, doing everything under the sun LITERALLY BACK BREAKING WORK Have to be on probation for 150 days and only can miss 5 days out of that. If you want FMLA, you have to work there a year and have worked a total of 2500 hours to even qualify. If you are a breastfeeding mother, you will have two UNPAID 18 min breaks to pump. The list goes on.

      It appears you are working in one of our craft positions and it is absolutely true that shipbuilding is not for everyone. Terms of employment (e.g., probationary period) for these jobs are set by a collective bargaining agreement.       It is very much a boys club between management, leads, and HR. HR is there to protect the company, not you. The moment you have something crazy happen (and you will because most people in positions of power are old retired navy guys who cant even work a computer usually and would rather praddle on about "the good ole days") and you report it to HR, you immediately will be retaliated against, even when HR says you wont. Its tough to say how you wont when they immediately inform your supervisor. I also hate how they are an "inclusive" company, and yet I have been called more slurs and received more backlash for being LGBT when its not even being presented, I just want to log in, work, ask questions, log off.
