Pros include:
- Well developed brand identity (thanks almost single-handedly to one person and his small team)
- Attempting to craft an inclusive, engaging company culture (but this is still lacking for other reasons)
- Genuinely friendly and helpful colleagues
- Gain experience and responsibility beyond what your job title is - ability to impact
- Build professional network across Asia Pacific

- Non competitive pay structure
- Non competitive benefits
- Poorly staffed team structures mean that even though you have good colleagues, you're each expected to be doing the work of 2-3 people and you'll burn out - just a matter of when
- Poor or non existent progression that is entirely dependent on your management advocating for you to HR/senior leadership
- Relationship with CX as a wholly-owned subsidiary. This is the slow kiss of death for the brand as CX is mismanaged, top-heavy and doesn't seem to understand their business. GBA will eat them alive.
