Thank you also for everything you have achieved to make HKA a great company with a continuous improvement approach; especially as you have been with us for over five years.
Pleasing to read that you think HKA has a good reputation under the Pros heading. As you know, everyone works hard to increase and protect our HKA reputation. Our Clients and our People really matter to us.
I am sorry that under the Cons heading you said you feel like a machine being rented out. I hope that since your posting of Jan 2018, we have improved and this is no longer the feeling you have. Always feel free to reach out to your Line Manager, your Continent Head or your People Team member; including myself, if you would welcome talking on this point.
I am sorry that I am only now replying to your post. Part of our continuous improvement approach is to reply to every Glassdoor posting, as we value opinions and we can learn from them. It simply takes a little bit of time to catch up!
