I have been at HKA roughly the same time as you and I agree with your points. I also think you are right in your points under "Cons" and "Advice to Management" - we do need to do more to be better known and promote the positive and ongoing progress in HKA. Thank you for all you are doing to help HKA continue to improve. I passionately believe it is our people that make the difference.
