Thank you so much for saying "Good Company" about HKA and for recommending HKA, this is especially valued as you are a current employee and have worked with us for over three years. We appreciate your views and are delighted that you can see the progress we are making to continuously improve HKA. Thank you also for everything that you do to make HKA a great place to work - we are in this together! I understand your point about requirements to be promoted being unclear. We are committed to enhancing how we handle all people matters and this is an area that sits under Learning, Development and Succession (LD and S). I agree with you that we can do better with LD and S. We have some positive news to help us on this improvement journey coming in the next few weeks; which we will share with our people internally first of course.
