Under staffed and no work life balance

CEO is a really nice person who genuinely cares about others. Most employees are great (non management)

Extremely stressful environment due to poor management who are at times verbally abusive to their employees. Micromanagement was the daily normal, they are not interested in employees doing something different. Performance reviews were untruthful, giving the impression that they just don't care enough to truly provide any sort of effective guidance. Management is all over the place, they are extremely disorganized and constantly at odds with how things should be done. Benefits are terrible for anyone who actually needs them, it's $2000 health care spending account, not a traditional benefits plan that most other employers provide. Very negative environment, I do not recommend working here at all, to anyone.
