some senior managers are not walk the talk. and not comfortable with new approach. the “ive done this before” or “i know better” kind of type. people are tend not want to speak up politics in every cubicles. favoritism is still there. bias are almost in every corner. if you need a work place with open mind approach and exiting challenges, this is not the place. because most of then are not really fancy on new approach.
