I was paid less than my white counter parts with similar experience. They want you to devote time outside of work to work and they say it's not mandatory but in your reviews it was something you were rated on. don't respect work life balance. They throw you at projects regardless of skill level or interest. The leader of the engineering development gave me creepy racist vibes.
