If I'm being honest, the pro I can think of is working from home.

1. Low pay (after 3 months they were supposed to increase but they dodged that conversation) 2. Apathetic 3. No employee engagement 4. They also make you work on the weekends 5. They expect you to work like an experienced employee on the salary of a trainee and if you fail to do so, rather than helping you fix it (mind you the initial training and development is bad), they put the whole blame on you. 6. They will not provide you with an experience letter. They will ghost you once you are not part of the organisation.
