Company "culture of respect" -- if you have to say it, its because you're not doing it. Support positions are undervalued, disrespected and at times ridiculed. Constantly changing office missions, revolving door supervisors. Offices, divisions and people pitted against each other in mix-and-match shotgun arrangements for individual jobs, fighting for billable hours. Company tries to maximize profits by offering all conceivable services under one roof. Eyes bigger than their stomach at times, 10 percent of budget and hours taken right off the top for profit, forcing offices to do contracted tasks with less.
