Pay is above average for the most part Benefits are good as well but randomly change without much notice That's about it

The give a little more pay because they want you to do the job of 3-4 people. Company has been adding too many people to the management list and the company is very top heavy and very unstable for the people that actually make the money. Holt preaches the vision mission and values yet the only time that they are really upheld is when they are trying to discipline you for something. Vision mission and values are not used to help run the company, they are used as a tool to help them punish you.
