4yThank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. HOOPP is committed to promoting a positive workplace, where all our employees are treated with respect, fairness and integrity. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, bullying or discrimination in the workplace. Our Employee Relations team is also committed to providing a safe and confidential space for employees to share their concerns and be heard. Our annual Employee Engagement Survey is another way that employees can anonymously share their feedback, concerns and suggestions for improvement. We encourage employees to reach out and speak up through whatever channel they feel most comfortable with, as this helps us address challenges and concerns that current employees may be experiencing. Rest assured, all employee feedback is taken very seriously and is used by HOOPP’s leaders to put action plans in place towards continually improving our work environment and culture, across the organization.
