Very Clique - Some more senior managers have people they have worked with in the past and push out folks who have more experience. When a project is ending the company would rather fire employees then move them to a new project. Not any real opportunities for growth or raises until you have been with the company for 3+ years. Actions of leadership don't align with the values or mission statement.
