1. No salaries paid on time. 2. No company policies are in place not even basic stuff as a fixed salary date. 3. Cuts cuts and more cuts. When you don't pay on time and have cuts it's really unfair to employees 4. You maybe expected to single-handedly manage an account which gets really stressful and you're not even compensated fairly or on time for your work. No handover is given to new joinees one is supposed to"figure it out"
