There's a toxicity to the management, no penalty rates and pretty much the bare minimum wage. Since it's part time you get sick leave and accrued leave , however given the type of job it is, especially in lux, (night times and weekends busiest, average staff age is 18,) this makes it much less easy to balance with studies etc.
