      Great people, flexible time, very challenging projects, big company brand leverage.

      High level of working hours to cover multiple time zones makes it tricky to manage work-life balance. Employee ranking/rating system is out dated and does not work anymore. Salaries are average with respect of tech industry.

      Thank you. Yes, don't we have a great company!? But, it's the people like yourself (congrats on 10 yrs+) that have made us what we are. As you may know, we're going through a lot of changes these days, and changes provide an opportunity for improvement.       Good working culture. It falls a little prey to acting like we're a family and not a business, but at least it doesn't pretend "we work hard, we play hard".

      ELT and upper management have zero vision for the company besides desperately trying to pull up stock prices. Company continues to make deep long-term sacrifices for short term gains, that barely rise above the performance of our competitors. Benefits weaken each year. Example: CVS Caremark now handles RxD insurance, and CVS Caremark is incompetent and exploitative.
