1. Our comp system SUCKS!!! - Since the split, we've been on draw for 4 months and they still can't figure out how to pay us. Manual claims, lack of reporting, we spend 60% of our time selling; 40% of our time trying to get paid on what we sell.
2. Current work environment is extremely demoralizing. Folks are leaving for greener pastures.
3. Outside job descriptions are being re-written to attract young, less-expensive hires. Pushing older folks out with early-retirement offers, WFRs and other stringent requirements that can't be met.
