There weren't many tbh - some of the staff were great at their jobs.

Cronyism and toxic nature because of it. Such a shame.

Overall I will take a lot from my four years working at HPS Group. I grew as both a person and professional during my time here. I worked for some intense managers and some kind/knowledgeable managers. The kind and knowledgeable managers/people will always have a place in my heart. The intense managers really did drive me to some dark places and I needed to leave the company to really get myself out of that place. Me leaving this review is almost me closing this chapter of my life. The company sadly ran an unsustainable model which they could not maintain when their biggest client left the agency. Questionable decisions from those higher up meant the agency never recovered and sadly is no more. I’ll always look back fondly at the work I was involved in and the teams I was part of. The parties we had and the times I really did feel like I was part of a family. I wish everyone who was with HPS during before and after my time the best.
