They've also been frequently advertising 'Java Developer' roles. The constant reposting without any response suggests they’re either building a talent pool or testing the market rather than filling actual positions. Frequently posting the same job role is more like they’re trying to appear active rather than hiring.

      The company is very tight-knit, and their is a very healthy work/life balance with their WFH schedule. They provide competitive benefits, and really care for their employees

      - clear process - open to some flexibility in work process - great for someone starting out in HR

      - some shared work made autonomy difficult - rigid procedures - different managers for each area of work (Ops manager, Talent manager) so if your role encompassed both, you had different managers for each area
