- Very basic processes and systems, limited ability to add value due to complete absence of data and analytics. - Limited professional development, limited chance for promotion. - Very low morale, not a very dynamic environment. - High turnover of talented staff, especially young colleagues. - Complacency in general, due to long service staff having no interest in changing for the better. - Poor communication across the board. - Understaffed across the board, leading to rushed work. - No teamwork or a feeling of a team environment.
