Stipends aren't paid in full. The founder had the cops called on him once because he fired someone on the spot. No contracts are signed so you aren't legally his employee so he can say no to paying you whenever and fire you. Has happened and will happen.

Staff is so friendly . Great place to work . Seniors are so supportive
