Senior management were terrible. Were not at all on the same page. Process and procedural changes with little to no consideration or thought. Ultimately destroyed work flow and motivation. Unattainable goal setting with unrealistic expectations. Inability to plan clearly and definitively. Never prepared. Departments are detached from each other where they shouldn’t be. No consistency or cohesion. Values and principles that are preached appeared to be smoke and mirrors for when it came time to terminate 10+ employees. CEO hid and took zero accountability or responsibility after all the preaching. Very disappointing overall.
