Getting to help people who don't have insurance and different situations with every patients. Good pay from day one. Busy work!

Svantaggi

Training is very limited due to systems access. Training done by supervisor who can be short with employees. If not liked by supervisor be prepared to be treated unfairly. Expectations are very high and amount of work can be overwhelming. The focus is the applications submitted and approved.

Good pay and benefits are the only pros.

Svantaggi

Treated like garbage. No air conditioning. Mandatory overtime. Dirty environment infested with cockroaches. Always having to watch your back. Coworkers are constant drama.
