Benefits are decent , pay for what we do is ok, and I really truly feel they try to be inclusive and diverse. I do appreciate that.

How they communicate procedures and changes is scattered and inefficient, Their tech is kind of bad for a financial institution. Their quality assurance is super picky for the customer facing side but other departments not held to that same standard .

The benefits are decent. They have a good amount of resources if you need them. Good amount of PTO.

Implementation of software is horrible to put it nicely. Constantly understaffed with mostly incompetent lower management. Inflexible schedules. May be near impossible to get time off based on team you're on It's the very definition of a toxic workplace.
