Good work life balance. Low expectations and slow-paced culture. High tolerance for mediocrity. Most employees were not ambitious and did not aspire to grow or go 'above and beyond' or be proactive in their roles. Very conservative organization. Hard to generate impact and results. Bias towwards running business as more of the same. Frustrating environment if excellence is important to you to achieve satisfaction.
