Do not always do what they say, they preach a "joined up" attitude or "onehsbc" but areas of the business do not even speak to each other. Dealing with the customer service, it is terrible. Most of it is off shored to India, Phillipines, or Pakistan. This slows responses due to lack of understanding, communication, job skill, time zones or just a plain lack of caring or understanding.
