Do to cost cutting policies by upper management a lot of the work has been offshoredfor cheap labor. Quality doesn't matter as they've kept 5 people to fix the mistakes. Too much work and no overtime. Management invents reasons to not give you a raise/bonus. The newest way is behavior ratings. Don't forget to smile at your manager. If not you might get written up for a bad attitude. Direct managers tend to be petty and vindictive.
