*they do promote work-life Balance but if you are in a department that needed to have SLAs and less FTEs but more work load. *Most of the upper management where not properly trained they got promoted not because of theirs skills but who are their friends from upper Management. *More work less pay *The speak up culture is not true. If you speak up they will take that against you
