- Poor salary and benefits packages including really low holiday allowance - The management in particular, the family members running the business create a toxic culture and none of them agree with one another causing chaos and no clear direction. - Haven't got a care for anyone's mental wellbeing and expect you to work outside of work hours with no recognition or reward - No stability, lots of rash decisions made including a lot of 'redundancies' and dismissals with very little reasoning or explanation. - False promises that are never acted upon - Family members get away with appalling behaviour
