      there was a nice coworker couldn't forget them whom always encourage each other however,,,,,, finally be dismissed by owner one day. eventually, currently nobody work for this company, only being exist as a paper company.

      no responsibility for more +100 customers just took a lot of money to owner's (Gloria Knowles) pocket. after firing, I got bunch of calling from customers and non-stop crying... all customer told same that they payed all amount but nobody answer and update their processing and they don't know what can they do... for example, after submitting PR application, IRCC requested additional document to customer but HSM didn't follow up so that PR application rejected even noticed nothing... terrible... I shame on me to work this company

      I'm not sure what to expect. Salary is average at best. Friendly colleagues except the owner. But that's where the pros stops.

      Leadership has severe problems. The owner has problem managing the company and doesn't trust anyone but herself. Slave-driving corporate which forces employees to work on weekends . Overtime is an always occurrence. She doesn't know how to resolve fatal problems but only opt to control employees for every single action they make. The lack of autonomy is apparent and disgusting. If you want to apply to this company, expect to get phone call/ text messages 24/7 from the owner, even during night time and weekends, working to the bones. One more thing, you should expect the owner/leader to change her minds every day. Lacking of consistency in her direction is also a huge problem. In addition, expect your position to be changed without having any choice.
