      1. The work culture is FANTASTIC, 2. The benefits are great (Health, Dental, Vision) 3. HST is "promote within" driven & offers new positions to existing employees before hiring externally. 4. Leadership is VERY transparent on how the company is doing as whole. 5. Work life balance exists here, there isn't pressure to stay late/come in early. 6. HST is a LGBTQIA+ friendly place to work.
