Salary is lower than competitors within the industry, and everyone juggles multiple hats. You won't just do what your job title says. Also, not much training support as you're expected to know everything on your own. Huge disconnect between Taiwan and Bellevue and Bellevue and remote employees. Lastly, lack of marketing means you're fighting an uphill battle.
