- awful pay - no enhancements for weekend or evening/night shifts unlike NHS hospitals etc - management do not deal with bullying and harassment complaints. Do not follow grievance policies. - access to drugs and equipment is open to all staff- not controlled. Items go missing. - huge ‘blame’ culture. No learning from incidents or sharing within the organisation, its blame and they want you out. - they treat all departments differently. If you’re in the call centre, you get much better treatment than those working at out of hours sites. - do not listen to feedback from staff about service. Things don’t work but no one wants to listen to resolutions. Managers make decisions when they don’t work any operational shifts. For example, the change the length of appointment times for patients when we are already struggling with doctors overrunning due to demand of service. - absolutely zero benefits for working here.
