-Company and Management think they are making you a favour letting you work for them -Stunningly demotivating -The worst company within high-end retail -Minimun UK wage even thought they expect you to perform as you were working for a proper luxury brand -6 days working weeks -Long 10 hours shifts with only 1 break of 1 hour are way too frequent -They dont even ask you to do overtime, they literally force you to do it with threats and blackmailing about loosing your job -Really quiet sometimes -Senior sales advisors get absolutely all the sales so be ready to work as a runner quite often and forget about your comission -No promotion possibilities unless you are well-connected
