Some of the managers are always focused in doing sales rather than manage their department and training people working within the company, this have a big impact on your daily/weekly chance to meet your target. Some of the people are not able to do anything at all a part from sales. There is no team work. Sometimes personal target is to high considering the quantity of people working in your floor.
