You only depend on good luck - Not very well paid - Depending on division - a lot of over hours ( unpaid ) - Location ! (Metzingen is in a tiny village). The next city, Stuttgart, is also nothing to write home about in terms of living quality ... - Supervisors don't behave very professional a lot of times
