The teams work closely with headquarters in Germany and are making great strides in moving the brand into the luxury market. The people are friendly, smart and driven. True professionals can be found here and senior management is in the midst of a healthy re-organization to focus the brand on the future.

Lots of projects and changes means long hours and stress. However, they pay for dinner and a car if you work past 8pm. Working with a foreign office is difficult with the time difference and language barrier, but all my German counterparts were so smart and caring. The major drawback was investing in talent and larger teams. The planning team was very small compared to other teams.
