A great opportunity to share the Hampton area to prospective clients. It was wonderful to be able to work closely with City Council when applicable.

Top management did not really possess the ability to delegate work, without micro-managing the way the work was done.

The atmosphere is friendly and most people work hard. There is a lot of passion and excitement, which is certainly contagious. It's a fun place to work, and because it's small there are a lot of opportunities for exposure to other parts of the business. Executives are very accessible and friendly.

Pay does not keep pace with knowledge, skills, and effort outside of middle to upper management. Health benefits are good. Vacation could be more generous.
