- No pay raise (the 44 € that were given to us recently and that we are supposed to see as a pay raise are actually a tax relieve for HWS), no Christmas money, no bonus, not even the travel expenses are covered
- If you have a problem with your team, the tasks, your workload (etc.) don't count on your manager for any kind of support. There is no interest in the employees or the problems they're struggling with
- No training or any kind of option to improve your skills
- The chances are pretty good that you're going to be fired when the contract with a customer ends or is terminated since you’re no longer a convenient cash cow for HWS
