Not too many possibilities of professional evolution, nor on professional competences or about increasing salary and extras. (It was in the past)
Some social advantages (training, books, etc) requiere 6 moths working there. And some are now no accesible.
Fit for juniors but without senior references. It can be a nice place to start but if you want to evolve you will probably change.
Junior management level or with low influence in decision making.
Not a good moment to join the company.
