um.....good location for commuters as well as lunch and after-work meet up spots. Training is EXTENSIVE, which is actually a good thing because they don't just drop you into your position and then expect you to know how to do everything. Also really good vacation time. But to be honest I really had to rack my brain to come up with those pros

People are clique-y and snarky, talking behind everyone's backs. Not a welcoming environment socially. Upper management doesn't care about people in lower level positions at all, pay is horrendous, and there are no day-to-day perks like catered lunches or free snacks. They dress up very simple positions where you really just punch numbers into a program and make it sound like it's more than it is. So boring, I have never been so bored. I was also micro-managed like I've never experienced- any tiny little thing is jumped on and talked about. There is really no promoting to be done for someone who starts out on a lower level. The higher ups are baby boomer age people who have been working at the company for 20 years and aren't going anywhere. no promotion = no pay raise. It's not like it's a fiery HELL, but there are so many better places to work out there, with much fairer compensation and a much kinder and more generous approach with their team.
