Overworking their employees is common practice. They lie about everything, to customers and employees. No direction, yet no authority. Getting a raise is like pulling teeth. You really will have no life with employment at HTP. Medical absolutely horrible. They say they will train you, never did in over 2 years. Supposed profit sharing has been suspended for years. "Company vehicle" is parked there and shared amongst coworkers. The salaries in their ads are based from their best years in business, which are long gone.

Do NOT work here ever ever ever. Unless you enjoy a terrible retail schedule with no leniency, never letting you forget if you have an emergency and have to leave work to handle it, you'll be harassed even after you leave.

They expect you to lie to customers just like they do.
